When people ask me what were the highlights of Glasto this year (thinking Artic Monkeys or whatever), your fantastic gig to 4.30am on Saturday in the Small World Tent is right there at the top! You were brilliant to watch and to dance to. Afterwards, I skipped through the mud in my wellies all the way home (i.e. to my tent) happy and with a smile on my face, as the sun rose over the horizon (I’m only guessing about that, because I couldn’t actually see it through the drizzle...) Did you all go and get drunk, as you hoped? You certainly deserved to, after such a performance! A new fan.

we’ll you’d have to ask one of the graters for that, but what I’ve found out is... that plastic ones are fun but if you want a long term sustainable playing career with the hags you need to go for solid steel. I think titanium would last a few more gigs. It’s an expensive career.

When people ask me what were the highlights of Glasto this year (thinking Artic Monkeys or whatever), your fantastic gig to 4.30am on Saturday in the Small World Tent is right there at the top! You were brilliant to watch and to dance to. Afterwards, I skipped through the mud in my wellies all the way home (i.e. to my tent) happy and with a smile on my face, as the sun rose over the horizon (I’m only guessing about that, because I couldn’t actually see it through the drizzle...) Did you all go and get drunk, as you hoped? You certainly deserved to, after such a performance! A new fan.
